Why did my customization and menu just change? And now it won't let me changed them back.

  I’ve had this blog for over 6 weeks, and suddenly my theme customizations reverted to the defaults and won’t let me change them back. Specifically: the menu, the color scheme, and the header image. It acts like it saves my changes, but when I go back to the main page nothing has changed.
