why did my Facebook share button turn into a "like" button?

  i want the share button on the bottom of my posts to allow someone to share the post on FB but my button changed to a “like” button. how can i change that?

  You can update your buttons on your settings>sharing page accessible from WP-admin. I’ve included a direct link below for your convenience.

  The “official” Facebook button is a like button, but if you choose any of the other options you’ll get a share button.
