why did my menu, not refreshed as i have saved?

  can someone tell me why i have a menu problem,? i was attaching links and setting up my custom menu and it never set and defaulted to a varitation not currently saved, nor do i entirely recognized and not what i have saved in dashboard . i had the menu working yesterday, but now suddenly again its not? any help, thanks in advance

  Check Appearance -> Menus in your blog’s Dashboard.

  It looks like you haven’t set this menu as your primary menu.
