WordPress.com has an autosave feature and you may be able to recover an earlier post revision. Go to Posts > All Posts, hover over the title of the post, click Edit and check the Post Revisions module for previous saved versions of the post. http://en.support.wordpress.com/posts/post-revisions/
If you’re not seeing the Revisions module while on the editor screen, click Screen Options (top right corner of your Admin page) http://en.support.wordpress.com/screen-options/ to activate it. Then select the post and page modules to include them. http://en.support.wordpress.com/modules/#list-of-modules Then you ought to be able to go here > Dashboard > All Posts > Posts and locate the post and recover it from post revisions.
If you cannot locate the post for locating and restoring a post revision, and it’s not in your Trash folder http://en.support.wordpress.com/trash/ then you will not be able to recover it. http://en.support.wordpress.com/trash/#restoring-from-trash
Advice:
Do not create posts here http://wordpress.com/#!/post/
Create your posts on the dashboard of your own blog
Dashboard > Posts > All Posts > Add NewOr use an offline blog editor so you always have backups on your own computer http://en.support.wordpress.com/xml-rpc/

If you need further help then please provide the URL for the post in question.
I spotted something else you need to edit and correct ASAP.
This is the HUGE block of categories and tags you have assigned to a single post:Posted in Fast Forward!™, Legacy Lessons from the C-Suite, The CEO Pundit™ | Tagged Athletics, Business, Candace Reese, CEO, Change, Chief executive officer, Empowerment, Empowerment Speaker, Encouragement, Entrepreneur, Envision Global, Executive Coach, Inspiration, Inspirational Coaching, Leadership, Management, Marathon, Marketing, Motivation, Networking and Peer Support, Personal Development, Professional Speaking, Purpose, Race, Recreation, Road running, Self-Improvement, Sports, Teamwork, The CEO Pundit™
All reasons for non-appearance of posts on Topics pages can be found here > http://en.support.wordpress.com/topics/#missing-posts
As you have assigned a combined total that exceeds a combined total of 15 relevant Categories/Tags to your posts, you need to edit and delete the excess. http://en.support.wordpress.com/posts/edit-posts-screen/ After removal of the excess categories and/or tags note it may take several days for your posts to begin displaying on the WordPress.com topics pages.
You are inadvertently doing is spamdexing KA tag spamming. Please note that you ought to be more concerned about Google and Bing than the WordPress.com Topics pages because it’s search engines that send a significant flow of traffic to blogs and they can choose to bury your content where the sun don’t shine for tag spamming.
The rule of thumb is to assign the least combined number of relevant categories and tags that accurately describe the post content.
