Why did my sign up not include the 14 day trial period I selected?
-
I wanted to sign up for the 14 day trial period and also wanted the custom domain name. I am not sure what happened but I am signed in without the trial period and without the custom name of lovochic.com which I selected for the $18. Can this please be corrected, thank you!

Hi there!
It appears that you didn’t go for the 14-day trial but instead purchased the Premium bundle straight away.
The bundle is currently active in your My Upgrades page here:
https://lovochic.wordpress.com/wp-admin/paid-upgrades.php?page=my-upgrades
From the page, you can also see that the domain “lovochic.com” was registered successfully.
You may view the receipt of the transaction in your Billing History:
https://lovochic.wordpress.com/wp-admin/paid-upgrades.php?page=billing-history
Let me know if you’re still having trouble with this. Thanks!

There is a 30 day refund period on everything but the domain name registration (it is 48 hours) – so if you don’t like the package you can still get most of your money back (less the $ 5 or $ 6 registration – so still not a bad deal)

Thanks for the response auxclass. I am sure I will love it, but I just wanted to get the trial period so the info on the 30 day refund period for the package makes me feel better just in case.

Hey there! Feel free to explore the Premium upgrade’s many features within the 30-day period.
If, for any reason, you’re not happy with it, let us know on time and we’d be glad to issue you a refund. Cheers!
