Why did my stats chart stop displaying?
-
For the last week or so my stats chart has been blank when I view it at work, but it displays just fine at home. I tried clearing the cache and cookies and work–no change. Is this something I need to contact our IT people about, or is it a common and curable glitch?

Do you also encounter this issue in a different browser? for example Firefox?
Could you send us a screenshot of the page where you’re seeing this?
-
It looks fine on Firefox–I’ll just use that, and you can consider me satisfied.
I’ll send you the screenshot anyway, in case you’re interested.
Many thanks!!!

Would you please try disabling all of your Chrome extensions to see if that makes a difference?

Odd…”Update Google Chrome” does not appear in my wrench menu or the tools menu. I’m signed in to Chrome (don’t know if that matters). I wonder if it has something to do with our network here at work. I know that I don’t have administrator privileges for updating things like Java, so maybe that’s the problem.

Ah, that is probably the problem, and there is more than likely some security bit on the network, like a firewall, blocking our stats graph.

I was thinking that too; it’s just strange that it suddenly kicked in one day. Anyway, it’s all working fine on Firefox, so I’ll just stick with that. Thanks for your help!
