why did my text vanished in the saved draft

Yesterday and today I lost two drafts which I saved by clicking save draft option. The link gets saved but the text goes missing.
It was painful to see all the efforts vanished like that. the link was titled Moonbeams and sunshine. whatever I wrote yesterday first disappeared then today again please tell me it can be revived :(. please sort it out. Thank you so much.

Could you first clear your browser’s cache & cookies and then check if those are in your drafts list?

Thank you for quick response. I cleared all the cache and cookies The post is in my draft list but the text I wrote is clear. only a link I inserted shows. Nothing else. same thing happened with same post yesterday. Also when I open new post or draft , it opens in html and not visual as I have opted. The format looks different than before.

As far as the editing mode is concerned, you can easily change that by clicking the “Visual” tab on your posts editor. Could you create and save another draft to see if we can trace what might be happening?

I did post a new one and now its getting saved .I think something went wrong with the previous post yesterday and I wrote in the same one today so it did not get saved today also. Should I delete it and write again ? Maybe it will get saved now. Thank you for all the help. I lost a beautiful story but maybe something better will come out now ;) .

A post shouldn’t get stuck with bad (or no) revisions as the one in question seems to have done. If this behavior persists with other posts, please let us know.
