why did my transfer of upgrade fail?

  I tried to transfer my 10 gig video upgrade from one site to my “thefingerstyleweekly” blog and it said that there was a problem and I needed to contact you. the other upgrade seems to have disappeared it was from michaelgilletteguitarist.
