Why did my website get deleted?

  Hello,

  I made a simple website in November and I just logged on because I can’t find it online. Now it seems that all of my edits and work have been deleted without notice. There is a page in drafts showing the last edit was 2 months ago, but when I open it it’s only the default template. Why is this and what happened to all my work, uploaded photos etc.?

  We do not delete anything on behalf of the users. What’s the address of the site you’re working on so we can have a look and give you some more details?

  Hello I have had a site for a long time, for the first time ever, I can’t get the edit page to open, I thought if I could get it open, I could log out and maybe it would reset , help

  How did you get to chat to somebody? I am trying to book a session but when I try to book a session all they tell me is that I don’t have a site. I do have a site, just can’t get to it.
