why did some options of image insertion vanished?

  The new way (as of yesterday?) proposed by wordpress.com to insert images from one’s computer has removed very useful options like inserting margins, increasing or decreasing the size as a percentage. This is presumably not an option but I’d like to revert to the older interface…

  Hi there!

  You’re correct, there have been recent changes to the image editor. We no longer have an Advanced Settings pane for image settings. We have also disabled the image border feature. It is not possible to revert to the older interface.
