Why did support not help with an answer?

  Why was this request not responded to by you?

  I wrote a post and publicize sent it to facebook. The users there say the link will not take them to my blog post. So, I republished it. That did not work. So, those users (which are most of my people) do not know about my wonderful post. Please help.

  What is the post’s permalink? What is the URL on Facebook? Did you edit the post after it went live?

  We volunteers do try to respond to all posts here on these forums, but sometimes there are questions which fall through the time-constrained cracks.

  I’m not sure what you can do with Facebook and that post from a couple of weeks ago (I don’t really understand how Facebook works) but maybe this would help in future:
