Why did the events on my eventbright widget disappear?

  Hi, I’m using the Eventbright widget on my site: http://wisdomlotus.org/ and my events disappeared from the widget last night. The event is a re-occuring one….the first of which was last evening. I can’t figure out why the registration for my events has disappeared. Please help! Thank you!

  Hi Kate!

  That’s odd – I setup an Eventbrite event with repeating dates, starting in the past, but all future dates still appear on the list view:

  Can you make sure the additional occurrences are live and that the original event is still published?

  For now, I found a work-around to using the widget… but still curious why my events were deleted… Wondering if others might have same problem or if I did something incorrect on my end?

  That is odd! Could you try assigning tickets to the event? On my side, when I view your event, I can’t add a ticket. I’m not sure if that’s causing the issue or not. When I added the event on my test, I had a few tickets (free ones) just as a test.

  I’m not sure what you mean by “assign a ticket.” When I navigate here (without being logged into eventbright) I see that people can grab a ticket/register here…

  You’re correct; Sorry, I was looking at a previous event date. It looks like the Eventbrite widget is no longer on your footer area. Could you put it back in place for a few hours so I can continue investigating? Just let me know when it’s back in place!

  Hi, thanks.. I think I’ll just drop this due to time. I added a button instead and that seems to be working just fine.
