Why did the "right now" section disappear from my dashboard?
-
One day it was there, the next day… it was missing. This is a wordpress.com site, with no plug-ins. I haven’t upgraded or changed my theme. All I ever do is post.
I did a lot of searches on the problem, but it’s only discussed for wordpress.org sites, and I don’t have one.
I DID go in and check my “screen options,” to make sure the category was checked, but the entire category isn’t even there to be checked! These are my only categories:

As part of an effort to clean up to your Dashboard, we have removed the “Right Now” widget and replaced it with a new widget called “Your Stuff”.
Are there any features or in particular that you miss from the “Right Now” widget?

Ah. Well, that explains it. Even though my dashboard wasn’t particularly messy before. ;)
I liked the quick summary stats of how many posts, pages, and comments I’d had. Is that info somewhere else now? I wouldn’t want to have to go hunt it down, though.
I notice it’s still on my other wordpress.org site (where I still like it! Please don’t remove it!).

The summaries are not elsewhere (besides the individual Post and Comments sections), but they will be returning.
