Cannot find the option to revert it back.
Anyway we own the domain soreie.it, its DNS point to:
ns1.wordpress.com
ns2.wordpress.com
ns3.wordpress.comMaybe there’s a way to update these DNS?
Thanks for your help. The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi there, have a look at the Staff replies in that thread you linked to? :)
As your site is hosted here on WordPress.com, if you have a custom domain then set that as primary in your domain dashboard, as Staff mentioned here > https://wordpress.com/forums/topic/why-did-url-change-to-wpcomstaging/#post-3469877
If you want to use the original .wordpress.com address then this Staff reply applies > https://wordpress.com/forums/topic/why-did-url-change-to-wpcomstaging/#post-3479741
Post back here and let us know how you want to go forward.

Hi Justjennifer and thanks for getting back!
Of course we had a look at the previous threads, but couldn’t find a solution yet.Custom domain cannot be set, if going to “My Site ->Manage ->Domains”, it is no possible to set the previous https://testsoreie.wordpress.com/
Furthermore, if clicking “Add a domain to this site” and add soreie.it, the following message appears:
.it domains are not available for registration on WordPress.com. -
Hello again, thanks for clarifying. testsoreie.wordpress.com is a standard WordPress.com free subdomain address. Something like mysite.it would be a custom domain name.
If you are looking to add a country code top level domain (ccTLD) that WPcom doesn’t offer, you can register your custom domain with an accredited domain registrar that does and then map your domain to your WordPress.com website. https://wordpress.com/support/domains/map-existing-domain/
Here is a list of all the available TLDs and ccTLDs that WordPress.com offers https://wordpress.com/support/domains/domain-pricing-and-available-tlds/ in case you would like to use something else instead of .it
The other choice, returning to the standard .wordpress.com subdomain, involves reverting your site to an earlier state, prior to installing any plugins you may have added. “This process also carries a risk of all content added to the site since that point in time being lost.” as per Staff’s answer in the thread I linked to above.
If this is what you wish to do, please contact support directly through https://wordpress.com/help/contact or the question mark in your site’s dashboard for assistance with this.

Hi there!
So it looks like your subscriptions have expired – you won’t be able to map a custom domain without a plan. Are you trying to get back to the same setup as before? If so, go ahead and add Business plan back to your site directly from My Site>Plan>Plans. You can then add the domain, or let us know here and we’ll restore it for you.
If you’re interested in a lower plan, we’ll need to first revert the site to the state it was before you uploaded the first plugin (this will also remove the
.wpcomstaging.comsubdomain). This can cause some content to be lost so we recommend exporting it beforehand. Let us know how you want to proceed. -
Hello and thanks for your help!
I found out that the business plan had expired.
It has now been renewed but still can’t find a way to revert back the domain https://testsoreie.wordpress.com/
Can you restore it please? -
Hello there,
Happy to help you with this.
Please see a full list of ways of how to add a domain here: https://wordpress.com/support/domains/#add-a-domain-name
The most common ways of adding a domain is registering a new domain: https://wordpress.com/support/domain-mapping/register-domain/
If you’ve purchased a domain from another registrar, it’s possible to map the domain as per these instructions: https://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/map-existing-domain/
I hope this helps!
