Why did WordPress charge me 964 Rs?

  Hi

  You probably have a plan running and it just renewed.

  You can check that by clicking on the

  Plan

  link on the left menu (login with all known WordPress.com accounts).

  To cancel any unwanted renewal just follow the steps here:

  https://en.support.wordpress.com/auto-renewal/
  

  If you do not manage to do that or still have issues, reply here and we’ll try to engage a Staff member to help you out.

  Hi there,

  That payment was for the annual renewal of a domain mapping upgrade on the site, cracklifeblog.wordpress.com, which belongs to a different WordPress.com account. I see that account has since cancelled the upgrade, and we’ve issued a full refund, so I’m marking this as resolved.

  In future if someone posts private information like transaction IDs for a payment or a partial credit card number, please tag the thread for staff so we can remove that info, as we ask in our volunteer guidelines.
