Why did you change our page?
-
July 30th, 2013 we automatically paid for “No Ads” on Astrology with Jan Spiller. Since that took affect, our entire blog changed appearance. How do I revert back to the correct page that we built? We did not authorize this change.
I am 123ridefaster managing Astrology with Jan Spiller.

Can you tell me what sort of things have changed? I’m not seeing anything having been changed other than the No Ads being purchased.
Here is what I am seeing at http://astrologywithjanspiller.com/:

Yes, thank you. The header, which had Jan sitting on a couch, the lavender box, also in the header is missing (it had a link and text to The Benefits of Membership”, the bluse toolbar was gols and had completely different links, the graphic on the left are way down the page, the right column is now on the left, the background graphics are completely gone, etc…
We’ve also subscriberd to the “No Ads” without problem. To me, it looks like this page got turned into a compatible view for smart phones.

The theme you are currently using is “sandbox-161” which is an ultra basic theme designed to look exactly like it appears now. According to the records I can see, http://janspiller.wordpress.com/ has been using this theme for a few years now.
Is this how you were expecting the site to look?

Ah, I think I may have found the issue. It looks like you had a Custom Design upgrade that expired July 22nd. If you were using custom CSS, it would have all disappeared when the upgrade expired.
However, the good news is that it is all saved and should reappear when you purchase the upgrade again.
Does that make sense?

WOW! Yes it does, and that took care of it. The page is back up and looking exactly as it did!
You are amazing and I appreciate your help so much. Thank you again and I hope you have a great weekend rootjosh!

Great to hear! (and thank you for the kind words)
Let me know if there is anything else I can do for you. Otherwise, thanks for using WordPress.
