why why why? why did you close my https://sophiembugua.com/ website? what did i do wrong? i paid for it? i only changed my password and username cause what was there is not my email, now i ask for a link to recover it am not sent. and now i seem to have a new wordpress!!! am devasted.

We did not close anything. That site is online and working fine.
You are logged into the wrong account to access that site. You need to be logged in as sophiembugua, and if you’re trying to reset the password, you should be using that username. I don’t see any password reset requests for that account.
If you don’t receive a password reset link, please follow the account recovery process linked to above.
