Why did you decide to seize my domain?
-
I prototyped a new site on WordPress.com, up to the point where I realized that I needed a hosted version. I went through the transfer process in May (got the EPP code, etc.), and since then, everything has worked fine. The site, http://www.seriousgamesatwork.org, is now hosted on Bluehost.
Today, I checked the site, and it was re-directing back to WordPress.com. Bluehost’s customer support said that someone either at WordPress or Wild West Domains had rejected the domain transfer, so now it’s pointing back to the WordPress.com servers. They could not explain the reasons why.
I then called Wild West Domains, who couldn’t explain what happened. So here I am, asking you what the problem is, and how I can fix it.
Admittedly, I’m a novice at domain redirection. However, I’m dismayed that I received no notification of this change, and no one so far can explain why it happened.

When I go to the site at seriousgamesatwork.org I see a site hosted on Bluehost.com, not WordPress.com.
The domain itself is still registered with us. If you’d like to transfer the domain to another registrar, you can do so by logging into your domain manager at https://seriousgamesatwork.wordpress.com/wp-admin/paid-upgrades.php?page=domains
and follow the instructions below:
