Why did you do this?

    First, you guys added a letter to my domain name without telling me you were going to do it and I’m extremely furious about that. Second, It’s been 2 hours and I still have not received the email from ICCAM or whatever the letters are, which is fine because you guy screwed up the URL any way. Third, I paid for the first level of wordpress and the url does not work with the .org extension like it’s supposed to. I need someone to contact me ASAP to get all this fixed.

    Hi @redheads4eric, when you try to buy a domain, we will show the exact one you requested if it’s available. If it’s taken, you’ll see a note along those lines with an offer to transfer it here if you own it, and there can be other recommendations. If you picked one of those without noticing and you do not want it, please cancel it right away so you can be refunded. Just go to https://wordpress.com/me/purchases and cancel there within the refund period. That ought to take care of the second issue too.

    Can you clarify what you mean? I only see a domain purchase on this account. If you bought one of our paid plans (Personal / Premium / Business / Commerce) on another account, let us know and we can help you get that transferred; you’ll just need to able to log in as that user. And if you’re struggling with that we can help, too.
