Why did you not email me anything and renewed anyway??

I have received no correspondence from wordpress to my email address linked to the account. (email visible only to moderators and staff)
Even when I try to cancel the subscription, i get no cancellation link in my inbox. The only thing i have been told about is when i reset my password. It is wrong to charge me for the renewed package because i had no warning whatsoever. I now cannot pay my rent and my bank has charged me money because of this outrageous activity. I need to get this sorted. I cannot afford this right now. So very unfair.

Hello there, when you originally set up your account, you chose to auto-renew which is why you were charged automatically. If you don’t take this option, no financial information is stored, and you can renew manually, rather than automatically. I am happy to turn this function off for you.
As you probably saw during your original purchase, this is all the information about upgrades, including the process of auto-renewal:

Users have full access to their upgrade/account information, including expiration dates, and auto-renew settings at Store → My Upgrades in their Dashboards.
I’d be happy to cancel your Premium renewal and issue a refund, but please remember that when you give up ownership of your domain, there’s no guarantee that you’ll be able to use it again in the future as it could be purchased by someone else.
If that sounds ok just let me know.
If there are any components of your Premium upgrade you’d like to keep, visit your Store → My Upgrades page and cancel your Premium plan. This will unbundle the products in your upgrade. For instance, if you would like to keep your domain name and mapping, just let me know and I can cancel all other services and give you a refund, minus the $18 domain renewal fee.

Hi. Yes please cancel my subscription and i will turn off the auto renewal. Please do keep my annual domain name renewal though please. That would be perfect for now. Thankyou for your time

Sorry that i have been making so many emails to wordpress by the way, i did not realise that i had a reply as i have many email addresses., Thanks in advance and i will make sure i check the site often to make sure auto renew wont happen
