Why did you take my refund from me?

    Dear Sir/Madam

    On the 3rd of January, you refunded me £76 for 2 different annual subscriptions, £36+40=76 and then on the same day took both out again may I please have an explanation on why and how I can keep my refund as I no longer require this website?

    I have receipts to show this if that is necessary because I am confused.

    I’m not showing any duplicate charges under your account. I’m showing the original charge on January 3, 2023 and a refund was issued the same day. You can confirm this from your account page here:

    The refund may take 8-10 business days before your bank updates your account. Please reach back out if you get past 10 business days and the refund still hasn’t been posted.
