Why didn't autosave save?

  Ok, that Draft is still in the Posts section of your blog’s Dashboard.

  Edit the post and have a look at the two revisions, it’s possible that one of them is the auto-save you’re looking for.

  I’ve done that already. There is a huge portion missing

  In that case, it’s unfortunately gone, sorry about that.

  Thank you for checking and not responding like a machine.
  As you might guess from the title of my post, it is a very touchy subject and was not easy to write. What is still there is basically the first draft before I was able to really write it. There is no way I can just recreate it, nor do I have it in me to go through telling the whole story again.
  The non caring responses of your volunteers really set me off.

  Anyway, thank you for treating me as a person. But nonetheless, I will be moving my blog elsewhere, as I cannot deal with support, volunteers or not, that is indifferent to the importance of individual problems and distress caused by wordpress.

  This would have to rank as one of the most insidious bugs i’ve ever come across. The same grey button just got me….10 hours of hard work down the drain.

  Awful feeling. Had to remind myself the universe will still keep expanding in the absence of my essay!
