Why didn't I receive the additional photo data?

  Why isn’t my upgrade allowing me to post more photos?

  Hi there,

  When I visit your site Dashboard, I see that you are currently using 100% of the space available on your account, as shown here on your Media>Library page

  

  Why isn’t my upgrade allowing me to post more photos?

  This is because you renewed your existing space upgrade, but instead you will need to purchase more space by going to the Store tab in your site dashboard.

  No, I paid for additional space. I already renewed my blogsite for $18 and paid another $20 for photo space. I should have more space now for photos.

  Please advise how this can be corrected.

  Hi Pattie, and hope your 2014 is off to a good start!

  No, I paid for additional space. I already renewed my blogsite for $18 and paid another $20 for photo space. I should have more space now for photos.

  Looks like instead of adding more space, the $20 you paid went toward renewing the existing space upgrade, which was set to expire in in March.

  However, in looking at your recent account activity, it appears that you have already cancelled that transaction and initiated a refund ($20) and have purchased instead a 25GB space upgrade instead. You can confirm this by going to Store>My Upgrades in your site dashboard, where it shows both upgrades (10GB +25GB) as active on your account.

  Is this the amount of space you wanted? Please let me know if you need any help getting set up here.
