Why didn't my new post show up in my reader? It usually does.

  My new post didn’t show up in my reader. It always does, as I follow my blog and am also subscribed to it via e-mail. I received the e-mail announcement, but it’s not on my reader (yes I refreshed the reader, it checked for new posts and it is not saying any new posts are waiting to be viewed.)

  Problem solved! I brought up the piece in my dashboard, hit update, and then it decided to show up in the reader!
