Why didn't sms codes appear in my cell phone?

  I’ve tried to login today but after putting in the username and password, the sms code didn’t appear. I tried for some time but failed. Later, I request for a password change. Even after that, no sms code appearing. lastly, I’ve logged in using one of my backup codes. But, I think, I can’t be a normal practice. SMS code should come to my cell phone. Why doesn’t that coming, anway?

  Glad that you saved back up codes.

  I am not sure why sms is not sent. But I suggest you configure Google Authenticator app as it seems you have some problem receiving codes.
