Why didn't this post show when assigned to a category?

The following post (appended at the end) when not categorized would show. But when it was assigned to a category, it would throw the following error:
This webpage is not available
The connection to xyz.org was interrupted.If I involved http://www.blueskylearningcenter.org/index.php?p=<post_id>
it showed the same problem above.
I checked all the links on the page. They all worked individually. There was nothing else besides the links.
I also ran the w3c validation on the codes. They did not show any problem.
Since I could not access the apache log, I would not be able to tell the problem.
Can you tell me what could be the problem and how to fix it?
I am running my blog site in wordpress.com domain.Thanks,

Some how I lost my reply.
I submitted the post using Dashboard.
The title of the post is “picture_gallery_20110930”. It is assigned to two different categories: “post_picture_gallery” and “uncategorized”. If you clicked on “post_picture_gallery”, you would see the same error. But if you clicked on “uncategorized”, you would see the post, not error. If you clicked on the post (i.e. picture_gallery_20110930), you would see the same error. Can you explain why did it thow error?Many thanks,

That is strange. I tried the three URL you listed with three different browsers (chrome, firefox, and IE). All three browsers showed the same problem. The first two URLs showed the following message:
This webpage is not available
The connection to blueskylearningcenter.org was interrupted ….The third URL did not have problem. It showed “Blue Sky Learning Center” blog site with the post “picture_gallery_20110930” just below the menu on the left pane. It also showed the image link “Class 2010 2011” and its thumbnail. The first two URLs did not show any of these.
This could not be a problem on my home network. Otherwise, how could I see the blog site and the thumnail. It appears you did not see the problem that I saw. That is strange!!! Do you have any suggestion on why did you not see the problem? Do you want me to try any thing?

Yes, it definitely sounds like a network issue.
Can you please try resetting your router and modem?

I found out what happened. The URL was filtered out by the router because of the filter value that I set in the past. I forgot about it. I did not realize that until you told me that you had no problem on the post. The filtering caused the browser to throw incorrect and confusing error (connection interrupted)
