Why do all my email notifications show from one person

Last night I visited a blog http://birdmartin.wordpress.com/author/cathiemartin68/ and after making a comment I went back to my email (email visible only to moderators and staff) to see other notifications ..all of the notifications were listed as being from the person’s blog that I had just been to ‘Everybody Has a Story’ is it’s name….I thought by this morning everything would be okay but it is not…I need this fixed.
