Why do I always get 2 emails for every item?

    I get two emails (back to back) every time someone makes a comment or clicks the like button, why is this?

    You need to report this to Staff by using the Help link on the top right hand corner of your Admin page.

    Note: When we create a support ticket by contacting Staff it’s important to understand they have a backlog. They deal with the support tickets with the earliest dates first. So if we contact them more than once of the same issue the date moves forward and it takes longer to get help.

    I clicked on Help but there is nothing there that says Staff. If I click on Contact Us it just gives me a list of things to choose from which is basically FAQs.

    I’m sorry. I did not realize the support link was closed. I’m afraid you will have to wait this out.

    Support will be closed this Sunday and Monday. It will re-open on Tuesday, February 28th.
