Why do I get a failure message when I try to transfer themes?

    I am trying to transfer a theme that I purchased but do not currently use from one site to another. I followed the directions but just get a failure message without any explanation as to why it fails. I have various sites linked to the same account, when I tried with other accounts I got the same failure message.

    Internal problem with WP? Issue with the theme?

    I’m sorry to hear that these issues are occurring. Which theme are you trying to move and which blog (starting with http://) are you trying to move it to? I’ll see what I can do to get this taken care of for you!
