Why do I get email notifications I have Unchecked?

  i have unsubscribed from all email notifications, but still get them. The only notification I have requested is followers; I added that to try to stop the other notifications (likes, comments, etc) and that worked for about one week. Now, I’m getting ALL notifications again, even though I haven’t changed any settings

  I do not want or need theses notifications, as I check my comments and replies, etc. daily o the blog itself. This spamming is becoming a problem. How can I stop it?
