Why do I get emails like this below, from wordpress, every time I update a page?

  Why do I get weird emails like this below, from wordpress, every time I update a page?

  And, do any of my followers get the same thing ?

  You have ask your blog to write home each time it changes a Post

  Dashboard >> Settings >> Email Post Changes >> Change the settings (check boxes)
