why do I get the message that I have no wordpress blogs? (I am logged in !)

  i deleted a blog called enduring gloucester, and now I want to start a new blog with the same name (probablynot OK, right?)
  BUT but somehow I am still able to log in as enduring gloucester. but then i get the message that i have no blogs with wordpress. which is it?
  is the blog still there or not? thanks
