Why do I get "URL contains illegal characters" on others' blogs to comment

WHy do I get “URL contains illegal character” when I try to make a comment on others blog sites and idenitfy myself as WordPress. I need direct help IMMEDIATELY. I posted on the forums about ths problem and no one is answering. I need to know why when I try to post a comment on others’ blogs, and identify myself as paulacappa.wordpress.com I get a red notice saying “URL contains illegal characters.” My username may be the source of the problem but I changed it from PPC910 to Paula Cappa. Something is wrong. All has been working correctly last week and even on Monday, I had no problem. What’s changed? PLEASE SOMEONE RESPOND ASAP! I’m at (email visible only to moderators and staff). This is my third attempt to get an answer!

http://paulacappa.wordpress.com is an active URL. -
I put in the http:// but it still would not go. The http:// is part of the copy and paste address.
