Why do I have a "Report Abuse" link on my product pages?

I am fairly new to wordpress and this is my first ecommerce site. I’m in the process of building this site from a theme I purchased. Suddenly yesterday I discovered a “report abuse” link that is appearing toward the lower left section of all of my product pages, example here: http://www.testsiteccj.jvbutler.com/product/variable-product-hekacool/.
I don’t know what to do to get rid of it. I installed Jetpack and I’ve tried some of the site-scanning tools for hacking but I have no idea what is causing this.
