why do i have stats from 2010 when i started my blog this year?

  I have stats starting in Sept ’09 through June ’10 – I just went live last week? What’s up?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there,

  That’s on your self-hosted site at morethanuseless.com, right? Sorry about that! That can happen when someone else owned your site’s domain name before you and also had it connected to Jetpack. I just made a change on our end to remove that old site’s information.

  To make sure everything is refreshed on both ends, can you please disconnect Jetpack from your WordPress.com account and then reconnect it? (You can do that from the bottom of the Jetpack page in your site’s dashboard.)

  Please let me know if I can do anything more to help with that. :)

  I was able to disconnect and reconnect. Are the stats connected to my current account from when I started it non-retrievable then?

  Since those stats got mixed up with the stats from the old site, there’s a good chance they aren’t retrievable. That said, I’m checking with my team to see if there’s anything we can do to get those for you. I’ll let you know what I find out!

  There’s no way for us to extricate those stats from the old stats from 2009-2010, so I’m afraid I can’t get just those June stats for your blog. I’m sorry about that! If there’s anything else I can do to help, please let me know.
