why do i have to pay?

  i was trying to add another blog (totallyblissedoutnow) and then was asked to pay. is this not free?

  Would you like to have your blog’s address as “totallyblissedoutnow.com”, rather than “totallyblissedoutnow.wordpress.com”? In this case, you need a Domain Mapping upgrade, and it is a paid feature. If you are happy with your blog’s address as totallyblissedoutnow.wordpress.com, this is fine, too, and you can enjoy WordPress.com’s free features.
