Why do I have two menus at the bottom of my blog?

  I have two menus at the bottom of my blog and everyone else only has one. Is there a way to get rid of the second one?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi,
  Those are two recant posts widgets placed in two different footer areas and can be removed here > Appearance > Widgets
