Why do I just get a blank page when opening my blog

  Hi! When I try to open our blog bumbakparkbali.wordpress.com. I only get a blank page with nothing on it. I can access the dashboard. All pages and articles are there, I can edit them and I can see the preview. But when I try to open the blog outside the Dashboard as a common viewer I just get a white page. We have a redirection from the Domain bumbakparkbali.com. We deactivated the redirection to see if this is the problem, but it´s not. The blog still doesn´t work. We also tried to change the Theme but it didn´t help either.

  Can you please help! I am on the edge of despair since this is the only website for our project! :-(

  Although bumbakparkbali.com has been registered, it is not using WordPress.com nameservers. Mapping an existing domain costs $13. annually.

  In order to map to a domain one must have an underlying .wordpress.com subdomain blog to map from. If you have registered a .wordpress.com blog you log in as Admin under the exact same username account that registered the blog and purchase a domain name by purchasing an annually renewable domain mapping upgrade for the blog.

  Dashboard > Store > My Upgrades is where you do the primary blog set up knowing it can take between 24 – 72 hours for domain name propagation to take place throughout the internet. You can view the DNS changes here > http://www.whatsmydns.net/ What’s important during that stage is to be patient.
