Why do I keep getting the same comments from readers who have already made a comment?
The other question is that I have asked SEVERAL times: When I reply to comments made, do my readers get my reply’s?

It sounds like you might be receiving spam comments, particularly if the same user is commenting multiple times. You can read about comment spam here:

Whether users get your comment replies depends on their notification settings. You can read more about comment notification emails here:
