Spam referrer

  When I look at my site stats there often appears to be a referral from a site that is usually nothing to do with my site such as [URL REMOVED] which takes me here [URL REMOVED]

  My blog is still relatively new with few referrals if any so these really stick out.

  Can something be done about them? I would much rather they were sorted while my blog is still young, rather than waiting until it has been established.
