Why do i keep getting rejected by Google adsense?

    I have a blog where I predict the outcome of football matches and i have a good number of traffics as well. All the contents on the blog are mine but each time i apply for Adsense, i keep getting rejected. Please, can someone help me with suggestions on what the problem might be. My website is http://www.greenpredict.com

    Below are is the message i always get from Google Adsense

    We can’t help you as your site isn’t running on the wordpress.com platform but is hosted by Bluehost.
    Regarding your problem, I guess only support from Google AdSense can help you.
