Why do I keep getting subscribed automatically to comments on WP blogs?

  You are now set up so that every time I comment on a WordPress blog I subscribe to the comments by default. This is very annoying and probably even more annoying to the many people who comment on my blog. It is just like spam.

  If you don’t want to subscribe to comment, make sure that you uncheck the Notify box when commenting.

  You can unsubscribe from any undesired emails via an unsubscribe link at the bottom of the email.
