Why do I keep getting threads of post not having to do with my site?

Since early this morning I have been receiving emails from WordPress indicating posts on several different pages on my site (teamxtremeshred.com), yet those comments seem to be coming from somewhere else. I disapproved them all and deleted them, but I continue to receive emails for posts. The posts do not make sense to the page it indicates and they sound like parts of conversations others are having. Please help me stop these! The emails letting me know about a

Are these emails coming from WordPress.com?
If so, could you provide us with a few more details? For example, can you let me know the exact posts/pages where these comments are coming from?
