Why do I keep seeing that my scheduled posts are missed?

  Why do my posts not post when they’re scheduled? I schedule a lot of posts, and I’m averaging three to five missed posts per week, and there doesn’t seem to be an easy way to transition a post from scheduled to published. What’s causing this problem?
