  I’m not quite sure. The domain mentioned in your post is registered at Fast Domain and hosted at BlueHost. There’s not any connection to WordPress.com, and the site isn’t on our service.

  Ah, just ran the domain through our Jetpack debugging tool. It looks like you’ve used the Jetpack plugin on the site. The Jetpack plugin is a product of Automattic, the company behind WordPress.com.

  You need a WordPress.com account for that reason, but the site isn’t connected to WordPress.com directly.

  The Jetpack plugin is required for using the WordPress app as well.
