why do I no longer have access to live tech support?

I no longer have access to live tech support, but when I signed up last April is what a part of my package. If the policy has changed shouldn’t my plan be honored through the end of my payment period?

Which username account purchased it and for which .wordprtess.com blog URL?
Have you canceled the upgrade? If so, then your live chat support options https://en.support.wordpress.com/live-chat/ for business upgrade customers have changed.
