Why do I not get any answers to my questions here?

I am trying to get help solving the problem, that my categories are in wrong order, but I do not get any answers from the support?

On the top right corner of the forum, click on your name, where it says “Welcome, (your name)”. You will see a list of all the topics you have created so far (3).
A forum volunteer actually answered one of your topics.
