Why do i see an error when I try to create new blogs?

    When im trying to create a blog i see this error:

    “Oops! Sorry an error has occurred. Please click here to contact us so that we can fix it.
    Please remember that you have to provide the full, complete Blog URL, otherwise we can not fix it”

    And it shows for every blog im trying to create.

    What can i do about it? is it possible to contact wordpress support directly about this? =

    I clicked on the link ‘contact us’ and submitted a request but i havent received any reply yet.

    There are thousands of us bloggers and support staff who are few in number have a backlog so your patience is required.

    It doesnt matter what the url i choose for my blog it gives me that error.
    Lets say:
    abcd123ab.wordpress.com

    Now when wordpress changed their layout, im currently at Step 1 of 4 choosing the name for my blog and im unable to click: “Create your site and continue” but when i type in the name of the blog I just see the loading icon running forever…

    And i have no problem to pay for “premium” or something if i will be able to contact the staff directly, because its something regarding my account and im not sure if the community can help, though i would be happy if its something i can fix.

    You have already contacted staff. They answer support requests in datestamp order -0 first received – first assisted, as would be expected.

    If you keep emailing or using contact forms or creating forum threads after the initial request is tagged for attention that moves the datsestamp forward in time, and that means the request goes to the back of the line again and it takes longer to get help.

    Sorry but I cannot respond to that. This thread is tagged for Staff and they have a backlog. What’s required is your patience as Staff work through all forum threads tagged for their attention and through all email support tickets in chronological order based on datestamps and timestamps – first posted first served, as would be expected.

    How long it takes to clear the threads and support tickets depends on how many Happiness Engineers are working on them at any given point in time. It also depends on how complex the issues in each thread and ticket are are.

    Please don’t bump your thread here by posting into it again because it’s not in your best interest to post to it after it has been tagged for Staff help. Doing that moves the timestamps forward and it takes longer to get a response.

    I didnt know that it was tagged for the staff and i cant find an email about this.
    How does it work they should send me an email?
    And for how long should i be patient to get the first reply from the staff?
    Status or progression, its really important to me, i already wait for 2 months..

    I also see that E-mail support will reopen on Monday, April 20th.
    So maybe its better to wait until then.

    I found a couple of settings on our end that would have caused you to be unable to create a new blog. I’ve gone ahead to correct these on our end. Can you let me know if you’re all clear to create a new blog now? If not, let me know and I can pass this onto our team to dig in a little deeper.

    Im still unable to create new blogs, its the same issue as before it just loading forever this is how it looks like:

    , the wierd thing is that with another account it works and it fowards me to the next step.

    Thank you, I sent a report. This blog I created long time ago.
    Now im in the programmers society and i have to work on some projects so i need to create new blogs, also my Gravatar is connected to this account so its importatnt that i will have this limitation lifted.

    The short answer is, one of your existing blogs is in violation of the terms of service and will have to be brought into line with those terms before you can create any new blogs.
