Why do Jetpack stats only show Homepage / Archives for new posts?
-
Hello, I recently moved away from WordPress.com to an own installation and – as I’ve done successfully on several other websites – I use Jetpack do provide site stats. WP: 3.4.2, JP: 2.0.2
The stats are recorded and displayed correctly for all post published prior to the migration. However, the up to date only publication after the migration (http://www.431verstaerker-magazin.de/2012/12/03/rezension-zu-britta-straus-roman-nocona-eine-liebe-starker-als-raum-und-zeit/) does now show up in the stats – instead all visits on this single post show up as “Homepage / Archives”.
This is really a setback as it virtually destroys our capabilities to monitor the success of particular posts.
Have you got any idea what the reason might be? I run quite some plugins and prior to exploring the issue by trial and error I wonder if the reason is to be sought elsewhere and only my knowlegde is not sufficient to identify it.
Thanks a lot!
Best regards
Anders

Hi Anders,
I can’t see a specific reason this is happening to you, so I’ve turned to our internal team for help. I will keep you posted on what they dig up!
Cheers!

Hi again Anders,
The internal team checked, and they say that everything they see looks correct. This sounds like it could be a browser issue. Could you try clearing your cache and see if that helps? Here is more information about how to do that:
http://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/Let me know if that doesn’t work, but we think it will clear everything up for you.
Cheers!
