Why do my attached images not appear?

  Attached images do not appear on page. There is only one post on my blog–I am VERY new and VERY unsavvy re technology–so it should be easy to see the problem?

  I am so new I can’t even ask for help in the right way! Anyway, I have only one post and there are supposed to be 8 images attached, but all I can see is text. I have read many threads but have been unable to understand most of the “fixes” suggested. Like what is a “755” setting? And where do I find how to make the images public? When I was in “edit” mode on one foto, I copied the url, pasted it into my browers, and saw a huge image, but at least it was the right one…
